| Appearance and material | Transparent. The materials of the sheet are food grade PVC |
| Formability | Uniform thermoforming over a reasonable temperature range. The thermoforming temperature should be suitable for use with 3D-printed plastic models. Preferably under 350 F. The melting point for the hard sheet is 160 degrees Celsius, which is equal to 315 F. |

| Material Shrink | The material should not shrink after thermoforming |
| Stress retention | Good stress retention over a 2-week period when deflected over a 1 mm range when formed. |

| Storage | The material does not absorb moisture during storage or should be sufficiently packaged to prevent moisture absorption. There's a transparent film over the sheet to prevent moisture |
| Force range | The material should be able to exert light constant force in the range of 1 – 2 N or 100 to 200 gmf when deflected to 0.25mm to 1 mm when thermoformed. The bearing capacity of the PVC particle is 200kg |

| Tear Resistance | The tear resistance for this sheet reaches up to 300kg. |
| Bio-Compatibility | Can not be biocompatible with surface contact and contact with soft tissues in the oral cavity. |
